Mat is a seasoned real estate broker licensed in Tennessee, Ohio, and Florida, with over a decade of experience in the investment real estate industry. His career began in Texas, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of single-family homes for value-add investors. Mat’s dedication to excellence and innovative thinking led him to Nashville, where he launched a new brokerage location focused exclusively on real estate investment opportunities—a move that marked the beginning of his leadership journey in the industry. 

Over the years, Mat’s career expanded to include regional oversight of multiple offices across several states. He ultimately rose to an executive role with the very company where his career began, further solidifying his reputation as a leader in the real estate space. However, his passion for hands-on leadership and fostering a collaborative, agent-focused culture inspired him to found Canvas Forum in February 2024. This venture allowed Mat to return to his roots in team development while continuing to focus on delivering exceptional value to clients and agents alike. 

Throughout his career, Mat has been involved in over 1,000 real estate transactions across various markets. Known for his deep understanding of local market trends and asset pricing strategies, he has earned a reputation as a trusted expert and resource within the real estate community.

Wyatt Tiffany

Wyatt has dedicated his real estate career to helping agents achieve their definition of success and to create meaningful connections and opportunities with sellers and buyers alike. As a Principal Broker in Tennessee since 2020 and Georgia since 2024, Wyatt has helped countless individuals navigate the complexities of investment real estate with expertise and care.

Wyatt's introduction to real estate came under the mentorship of Mat Farmer, who helped him to think bigger and dream of a company that truly values its agents, investors, and sellers. Together, he and Mat founded Canvas Forum in 2024, with a mission to bring efficiency and positivity to a fragmented industry. 

Wyatt's approach is grounded in Passion, Purposeful Pursuit, and Persistence, and he has been fortunate enough to lead a team that shares these values. Outside of real estate, his love for travel, the outdoors, and his family continue to shape how he approaches challenges and builds relationships within the communities Canvas Forum serves.

Jason Green

Partner

Jason is a dynamic professional with over nine years of real estate experience and a diverse background that spans multiple industries. A native of Dallas, Texas, and a product of The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina, Jason developed a strong foundation in leadership and professionalism early in his career. 

Jason began his real estate career in his hometown of Dallas, where he made an immediate impact by selling 54 homes in his first year—an achievement that set the stage for his future success. In 2019, he was selected to help open a new real estate office in Phoenix, Arizona. Leading the sales team, he played a pivotal role in driving the office to become one of the top five performers among more than 40 offices within just two years. Personally, Jason ranked in the top 5% of realtors in Arizona in 2020 and achieved top 1% status in 2021. In 2022, Jason moved to Miami, Florida, to open his own brokerage. After two successful years, his firm was acquired by Canvas Forum in December 2024, where he now thrives as part of a highly competitive and collaborative team. 

Jason’s professional journey has been shaped by a variety of experiences. During college, he sold waterpark tickets door-to-door in Houston, which created resilience, and ability to connect with people from all walks of life. His later roles as a financial advisor and in radio advertising sales for ESPN Radio further refined his communication and negotiation skills, which have become invaluable assets in his real estate career. 

Outside of work, Jason is a passionate sports fan, cheering for "all Dallas teams" including the Rangers, Mavericks, Stars and of course The Dallas Cowboys. He also enjoys staying active by spending time at the beach, teaching yoga, and embracing an energetic and active lifestyle. His unique combination of leadership, sales acumen, and industry expertise ensures he consistently delivers exceptional results for the firm's customers and team.
